Bee-Licious Box

We send all our packages within 3 days of receiving your order. You will receive a tracking number over email when your order is shipped.

Our goal is to make our customers happy! We will strive to do everything in our power to make things right if you have a problem with your order.

If any items in your order were damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Honey Crystallization

All pure honey will crystallize. To liquify crystallized honey, heat a pan of water to 150° F (65° C). Remove from heat, and place container in pan until liquified. Do not heat plastic containers. Do not refrigerate or microwave honey.

Honey & Pollen

Because honey and pollen are food products, they are not returnable.

If you are not happy with one of our honey or pollen products, or have concerns about the quality, please don't hesitate to contact us by email with your questions and we'll be happy to assist you in a timely manner.

If you feel there is a problem, we ask that you not dispose of your honey or pollen product. We strive for the best quality, and so we'll need the product back in order to investigate. If we determine that there is a problem with the honey or pollen we sent you, we will refund your shipping costs as well as the cost of the product.

Apparel & Other Items

You may also return non-food products (such as apparel) within 15 days. Please contact us first by email to obtain a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs if you choose to return a non-food item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Where to mail your return

After contacting us, please mail your item using a trackable delivery service to: Bee-Licious Honey, 1780 NW 113TH Ave., Portland OR 97229. Save your tracking number, in case there is a problem in transit.

When to expect your refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within three business days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three business days.

If you haven't yet received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.
