Honey is the only food that includes all the substances necessary to sustain life, including enzymes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and water; and it's the only food that contains "Pinocembrin" an antioxidant associated with improved brain function.

Honey is 80% sugars (Fructose & Glucose) and 20% water.

Pure Raw Honey never spoils.

Raw unfiltered honey contains all the pollen, enzymes, and other micronutrients that are usually filtered out or destroyed by heat when honey is processed.

A honeybee visits 50-100 flowers during each foraging trip and visits over 2,000 flowers in a typical day.

The average worker bee will produce 1/12th teaspoon of honey in her lifetime.

To make one pound of honey, bees in a colony must visit 2 million flowers, fly over 55,000 miles and will be the lifetime work of approximately 768 honeybees.

Honeybees are the only insect that produces food eaten by man.

Honeybees are responsible for pollinating 80% of all fruits, vegetables, and seed crops throughout the world.

A typical healthy hive can contain up to 60,000 bees during peak season.

Honeybee wings stroke 11,400 times per minute, fly up to six miles from the hive, and up to 15 mph.

Honeybees communicate with the waggle dance, and pheromones (scent).
